When I run XShell after installing it I got this error message
The Program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
after google I found this answer in Microsoft website. My environment is Windows7 64bit, so I download the 64bit version installer and install it. Unfortunately the error message still there. I check the directory of XShell, it's in Program Files (x86). I download the 32bit installer and install it. Aha, the error message is gone.

We can install 32bit/64bit program on 64bit Windows. So the 32bit/64bit written on Microsoft website is not for your environment is for your program.
